We are a mobile organization that provides life enrichment activities by Helping Unconditionally with a Giving Spirit (H.U.G.S) to the senior community. We are dedicated to understanding their needs and well-being, allowing them to feel appreciated and live a more fulfilled life. So oftentimes our seniors are left at home dealing with social isolation, which causes them to feel lonely, depressed, and no longer feel needed or valued. We offer ourselves as a companion to assist them with enjoying things that are intellectually, physically, cognitively, emotionally, socially, and spiritually beneficial to their overall health So go ahead and contact us now we look forward to working with you soon.

Life Enrichment Activities Inside of the Home
Our visits are geared to help reduce the risk of loneliness, depression, and social isolation which are contributing factors to increasing heart disease, stroke, and dementia. So please help us help you help them. Our visits may consist of puzzles, board games, gardening, arts and crafts, baking, card games, dominoes, word games, knitting, taking a walk and so much more.
Household Tasks Outside of the Home
We will come to your home, pick you up and take you to your appointments (doctor, dental, etc.) and any other household tasks, within your area, you may need assistance with (grocery shopping, to the local pantry, church, etc.) as we become a companion for you so that you aren't out and about alone.

We will come to your home, pick you up and join you in the activity of your choice. That may include but is not limited to: breakfast, lunch, or dinner at your favorite restaurant, a movie at the theater, a shopping mall, painting, dancing, bingo, going to your local library, bowling, golfing, a sports bar to watch a game, the museum, a pottery class, and so much more.
